How it works
Quite simply I give you a smoking preparation sheet and a track to listen to for 7 nights.
After 1 week you have a session of 1 and a half hours.
First part of this session I will show you that smoking is mainly a psychological habit that you can break and reveal to you the illogical emotional propaganda that has kept you smoking. With hypnotherapy we strengthen the intelligent part of the brain to enable you to become a non smoker and creative new healthy habits. The last part of the session is the hypnotherapy.
