How It Works
You’ll begin with a short preparation period. I provide a smoking preparation guide and a relaxation track to listen to for seven days.
After this, you attend a 90-minute session.
During the first part of the session, we explore the psychological habits and thought patterns that have kept you smoking. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of how the habit has been reinforced – and how it can be broken.
We then use hypnotherapy to strengthen the rational, goal-focused part of your mind, helping you step confidently into your new identity as a non-smoker and begin building healthier habits.
